The Flower in The Rubble

Regard the flower growing in the rubble.
Despite dust and debris of passions spent;
This flower can live longer than others meant,
Caring and concern do these roots run deep?
We muse, avoiding crushing this bloom, with blind feet.
With integrity she emerged from the ground
Her simple serenity, her aura is all around.
How beautiful are her crimson petals
They open with natures blessing.
How sweet her scent of memories kind,
I smile, then fly to adventures new
Where others await, the flower, I leave with you.
